Terms of Service

By creating an account on Unzensiertes LLM (unzensiertesllm.com) or using the API, you accept these terms.

The Service

We offer an OpenAI-compatible chat completions API for a hosted language model. The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability.

Your Account

You are responsible for your API key and everything done with it. Regenerate the key if it has been compromised.

Permitted Use

You must be of legal age. You may not use the API for anything illegal in your jurisdiction, to generate sexual content involving minors, to harass people, or to attack systems you do not own. We may block keys used this way.

Billing

Usage is billed per token from prepaid credit at the prices listed on the pricing page. Free trial credit expires 7 days after sign in. Paid credit never expires.

Refunds

Credit is non-refundable. Credit is prepaid credit for using the API. Once payment is added to your account, it is final and not returned.

Credit never expires, so you never lose what you paid for. Paid credit remains in your account until you use it, whether tomorrow or in a year.

The only exception: if we cannot provide the service. If the API stops working for your account and we cannot restore it, we refund the credit you could not use in the same stablecoin you paid with, to a wallet address you specify in writing.

Bugs are always fixed. If you paid and the credit did not appear or a top up was charged twice, contact us via the Support with transaction details and we will fix it. This is not a refund request and has no deadline.

Free trial credit is free and intended for testing the API. It is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and expires 7 days after sign in.

If you live in the EU, EEA, or UK and purchase as a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Independence

Unzensiertes LLM is an independent service. Names of other companies and products appear on this page only to describe compatibility or for comparison and belong to their owners.

Changes

We may update prices and these terms; the current version is always on this page.
